BY CHECKING OUT AND RESERVING A SESSION WITH KAYLA COUCH PHOTOGRAPHY YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE BELOW INFORMATION. THIS INFORMATION IS PART OF YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT THAT BOTH PARTIES WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.

Session fees are due in full, at time of booking, or within 24 hours prior to your scheduled session date. If an invoice remains unpaid, your scheduled session date will be canceled, and rescheduling will be up to the photographer's discretion.

Ordering sessions will take place within 14-21 business days from your scheduled session and proofs will be posted in an online gallery - the gallery will be available for 14-21 business days after your session to finalize your order and download your digital files. THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT OF $300. All print, and product orders must be made before your online gallery's expiration date. A $25 fee will be charged every 24 hours hold or reopen a gallery after expiration. Once your gallery is closed you will receive an automated invoice for your digital files on your favorites list.

Standard price list as followed:

$65 per image for single digital files (applicable for groupings of 1-9 images)
$50 per image for 10 or more digital files

Prints; standard photographic prints are mounted and coated
Range from $20-$300. Sizing begins at 4x6 and ends at 30x40
Processing time: 1-2 weeks

Traditional and Lagniappe Canvases
Range from $250-$800. Sizing begins at 11x14 and ends at 30x40
Processing time: 3-4 weeks

Heirloom Albums
These come in a variety of backings from linens, faux leathers, and authentic leathers. Albums are lay-flat with no center crease – there is a full view of the entire spread. There are options available to have the cover embossed or debossed with child’s name and date of birth.
$650 for 20 page base album
+$200 for an additional 10 pages
+$50 for embossing or debossing
Processing time: 2-3 weeks

Photoblocks
This product is handmade and from the Netherlands. These blocks are far superior to traditional canvases and make wonderful statement pieces for display in the home. Photoblocks are available for single block purchase as well as wall clusters. Sizing range from 8x12-20x30.
Price range for single blocks is $175-$650.
Wall Clusters have 3-13 blocks included and range in price from $1100-$2500. 
Processing time: 4-6 weeks

Portraiture Collections range from $1500-$4500. These collections include a variety of digital files, photoblock wall clusters, an heirloom album, and additional discounts included for a la carte items and future sessions.

NEWBORN SESSIONS ARE SCHEDULED FOR 10:00 ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, AND WEDNESDAYS

FOR SCHEDULING A SITTER SESSION, KAYLA SUGGESTS WAITING UNTIL BABY IS ABLE TO SIT COMPLETELY UNASSISTED FOR BEST RESULTS, AND DURING A TIME OF DAY THAT IS THE BEST "HAPPY TIME" FOR YOUR LITTLE ONE

FAMILY SESSIONS ARE SCHEDULED DURING THE "GOLDEN HOUR" APPROXIMATELY 30-60 MINUTES PRIOR TO SUNSET

ORDERING SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO BE SCHEDULED ON A WEEKDAY, DURING 10:00-2:00, APPROXIMATELY TWO TO THREE WEEKS FOLLOWING YOUR SESSION COMPLETION DATE

Kayla Couch Photography is also available for worldwide travel. Travel fee is .60 per mile for all Texas newborns. All sessions outside of Texas requiring a flight will also need flight, hotel, and meal coverage.
